Wood Partners purchased the former site of Brigham’s ice cream factory located at 30 to 50 Mill Street in Arlington, Massachusetts, and plans to reconstruct the facility into an eco-friendly apartment complex.
The former Getty Oil Company tower in Los Angeles
is being converted to The Wilshire at Western, a 260-unit luxury
apartment complex.
