At full build-out, the Gateway at Scarborough in Scarborough, Maine, will feature approximately 225,000 to 300,000 square feet of office space, anchored by the new East Coast headquarters of Fairchild Semiconductor pictured above.
Cira Centre South consists of a three-building complex that will contain a mix of office, hotel and retail uses. The first and tallest of the three buildings will contain approximately 800,000 square feet of office space.
